We were relocating to a new state and Joel was amazing. He helped educate us on the local market, neighborhoods and everything we needed to know before choosing a new home. With us being out of town we relied on him pretty heavily when it came to knowing the sub divisions that matched or needs and he found us many great homes that we didn't find in our own searches. He was super responsive and flexible with scheduling when we flew in. Aside from being professional, he was just fun to work with. We've worked with several realtors over the years, and would highly recommend Joel.
