Joel was terrific! We initially connected with him when we found out we were relocating to the Atlanta area. He assisted in finding us a rental home within days in a very competitive market in peak season. He kept in touch and several months later, he reached out to update us on the housing market - it just so happened to be perfect timing as we were ready to begin the process of finding our next home. During both processes, he was on pointe for all qualities one is looking for in a realtor - patient, knowledgeable, accessible, responsive, diligent. He is a long time resident of the Greater Atlanta area so he was able to help guide us into the right locations that fit our needs. Our experience with Joel was excellent! I highly recommend you reach so he can help you find your next home!
