Joel helped me buy a new home and sell my former home. Joel's professionalism, attention to detail, and forever positive attitude made selling my home a pleasure. He helped me navigate the ups and downs of negotiating offers, dealing with offers that fell through, and ultimately selling my home. He helped me with staging ideas and ways to help my home sell faster (once I finally took his advice, it sold!) Joel was very responsive to all my questions and helped keep me level-headed about the process. I lost my job after purchasing the new home, so I had two mortgages and no job!
