Joel did a great job of helping me sell my house in ONE day and then turn around and find another house to buy. He is very knowledgeable of the greater Atlanta area and helped me find a great house to buy. He walked me through both the selling and buying process and was always there to explain things I wasn't sure about. He is a great agent and after this I now consider him a great friend too.
