I cannot speak highly enough about my home-buying experience with Joel Feuer. As a first-time buyer, I was understandably overwhelmed and nervous about the entire situation. Joel walked me through the entire process, making sure I understood every step and patiently answering a stream of questions from both myself and my parents. He quickly learned what I was looking for in my first home and began suggesting listings I might like – the condo I ended up purchasing was one of Joel’s suggestions. While looking at different units, Joel made sure to point out things I might not have noticed – potentially awkward parking situations, small cracks that could be a result of settling, etc. With Joel’s help, I made a well-informed decision when it came to my purchase. Joel is a highly observant, informed, and meticulous realtor who takes a personal interest in his clients’ experiences. I’m utterly in love with my new home, and I know I have Joel to thank for it. I absolutely plan on working with him in the future, and I urge everyone in need of a realtor to work with him as well.
