Joel was great!

Throughout our home buying process, Joel was quick to respond to texts, set up viewings, made suggestions of homes for us to look at that fit our criteria and provided honest feedback. Since he's done a number of remodels himself, we appreciated his input on potential projects in the home we were considering and his recommendations of contractors we could work with. The closing paperwork can get overwhelming with all the quick e-signing and we nearly paid for a fee that was not our responsibility. We are so thankful to Joel for catching the error and getting it corrected. We enjoyed working with Joel from beginning to end and will be sure to recommend him to others.
