I tried selling my house by myself, Joel was the first one to contact me. He came in and proved to me why I should list it with him, even after I had convinced myself of not needing a realtor. The house sold in 6 hours of it being on the market. He picked a great selling price. I was nervous that I wasn’t going to be able to find a house that I liked in the price that I wanted. Once again I was proved wrong, Joel showed us about 8-9 houses before we found the one we wanted. He never tried to hurry us or push us towards a house we didn’t like. Even after being in our current house for a couple of years now we still like looking. Joel made the entire experience of purchasing my first home extremely easy. He worked hard to find us listings and show us available homes.
