Joel is very knowledgeable when it comes to A) neighborhoods in San Diego and even the numerous multi-unit complexes in SD, B) what to look for and note in the units (ceiling to flooring and everything in between) and C) negotiations, the escrow process, market trends, and everything in this area. Joel took us to see many properties and accommodated all our needs.
