My wife and I have bought 2 homes and sold a 3rd over the past few years, always using Joe as our realtor. Joe is very personable, approachable, an easy-going guy. He has a good understanding of the real estate market, as well as the technical and legal aspects of real estate sales. He works well with other agents, is a good negotiator, and we feel like he always represents our interests over those of his own. My wife and I have often had different goals in our property searches - I like the fixer-upper, she likes the turn-key. Joe is smart enough to side with her every time! He and my wife talked me out of a poorly-constructed fixer-upper that I was interested in and then "low-balled" an offer on our current home. I signed the purchase contract because I thought "these sellers will never accept this silly offer, so what the heck". To my surprise, the seller's accepted and now I live in a beautiful house in the woods, while my wife galavants around the globe. Anyways, that's another story... I like Joe's low pressure style - not like you might find with some other agents. He takes every client seriously and you always feel like you get his max attention. He has always helped us through the due-diligence period, often lining up home inspectors and other professionals needed to help thoroughly evaluate a property. Joe is great and I have always enjoyed working with him, and I always recommend him to people I come across looking for a house in the area.
