Joe was an awesome agent! He sold our home in 36 hours at full price! Professional, meticulous and thorough! Joe stayed on the sale himself throughout the whole process. He was always available when we had questions and never missed our calls! Pretty amazing! Definitely knows his stuff! And he was our realtor not the buyer's! He didn't try to work the middle just to get the sale. We would highly recommend his services!
Worked very hard and quickly. If we had any problems he took care of them right away. He even delivered the keys late on a Saturday night so we didn't have to deal with it on Easter Sunday. We also used Joe as our property manager for renting our old home and he had it rented in about before my next mortgage payment was even due.
