my sister and i leave out of the state of md. and we entrusted joe smith of next step realty to sell all of our 10 properties. I highly recommed him, he answered all of qestions and with his expert experience in marketing and staging of houses that he pays for and dealing with his contractors at a fair price and joe dealing with other agents to get us the best deals and even goes further to make sure all the paper work is completed. joe will always return your phone calls and his wonderful staff will also keep you updated on every aspect of what is going on (sandy and carrie) just had to mention there names he knows the flutuating market inside and out .He has a strong work ethic and will never let you down .I would highly recommend him and his wonderful and pleasant staff . Joe goes the extra mile to get you the best deal and price and to make the contract work in your favor . I can not imagine working with any other realtor but joe smith and i have worked with a few other realtors in my lifetime and joe smith and his staff go the extra mile to get it done.( In my opinion if you do not hire joe smith of next step realty you will be making the biggest mistake of your life and remember thats why we gave him 10 listings and he has done a wonderful job for us .( I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS AND IF I HAD MORE PROPERTIES I WOULD ONLY HIRE JOE SMITH )
