Joe was very helpful in navigating on my behalf with the lawyers and assisted me where he could when I asked for help. I am not sure if another real estate agent could have dealt with the situation as diplomatically. Once the house was ready and put up on the market; it sold very quickly and for more than the original asking price. Joe did an excellent job advocating on my behalf on all fronts. If you are dealing with a Trust or an Estate in regards to the sale of a house, I highly recommend Joe Smith.
