Joe is very knowledgeable about the current housing market. He assisted us throughout the whole process and was always readily available whenever help was needed. He shared tips with us how to sell our house for the selling price we wanted. He performed everything in a timely manner. A big plus is that he is fluent in ASL (American Sign Language) since we are Deaf and we were able to communicate without any difficulties.
