This review is long overdue. Joe listed a house for us that was part of an Estate, which by nature is more complicated than a regular home sale. Joe was absolutely phenomenal through the entire process and everything you’d hope for in a Realtor. Throughout the entire process Joe was the perfect partner, offering sage advice, proactively communicating, providing contractor referrals and meeting with contractors/inspectors. Since we live out of state, Joe’s offer to meet with contractors and do a lot of the heavy lifting saved us countless trips to Maryland. He sold the house quickly and above the asking price.
