My husband and I relocated to Boston and needed to close on our new place within 60-90 days of contacting Unit Realty. On top of that, my husband had already moved to Boston while I stayed in Philadelphia, so my time in the Boston area over the course of the home search was extremely limited. Joe Schutt understood our unique situation, and was able to make best use of my time while I was in town. He spent two entire days educating us about all of the different areas, and the challenges we would face in each. He was able to open our eyes to new areas we had not considered, and in the end, helped us quickly find a great place within our time constraints. He was absolutely fantastic in facilitating as smooth a transition as possible, and we could not have been more thankful for his assistance during this hectic time. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know!
