We wanted to make sure our offer stood out in a difficult buyers market. Joe read the listing's fine print and understood that they would accept offers early. Joe scrambled to put our offer together (on a Sunday) and they accepted before all other offers were due. It's easy to stand out when you're the first and only offer. I'm not sure we would be living in our home had we used a different agent. The details matter and Joe gets details.
Selling a condo in a buyer's market during a pandemic is not easy, but Joe made it happen for us. He knew where our place needed to be listed to sell. We may have been hesitant to listen to him, but he was exactly right, and was able to sell our place when most properties in the area were not moving. We would recommend Joe without hesitation.

He is the most reasonable, strategic, and easy going real estate professional we have worked with, and we've had experience with 2 other agents in the Boston area. For the recent sale of our condo, Joe walked us through multiple data points and a solid explanation of the variables and options to ultimately land us on a very specific pricing strategy - we pushed him on whether we should be more aggressive given the "hotness" of the market, but he convinced us to stay true to his proposed strategy... and he ultimately ended up being completely right. We had multiple competitive offers and had a tremendous amount of leverage going into our final offer selection process. The last thing I'll say is that Joe is just a good person. Never once did we feel uncomfortable, that he was being too aggressive or pushy, that he was being lazy, or that he was misrepresenting anything about himself or the process. I unfortunately need to make these qualifications given some of our past experiences! We would strongly recommend Joe and hope to work with him again for our future real estate needs.
Joe is very knowledgeable about the "latest and greatest" when it comes to making the whole process of selling as quick and easy as possible. I like that he keeps up with the latest trends such as DocuSign, Google share and Updater.
