With a strong background in finance, he quickly built a thriving business, leading a team of four full-time agents and earning a reputation for results and service. In 2007, Joe earned his Broker licenses in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC. Soon after, he opened and managed a new office for Long & Foster. Not long after, Joe and his wife, Lisa, purchased a RE/MAX brokerage and launched a new chapter of growth. Under their leadership, the company expanded from one location with 10 agents to two thriving offices with over 50 full-time agents. In 2011, RE/MAX Town Center was honored with the Eagle Award for the Highest Net Gain of Agents in the U.S. Continued growth in 2014 and 2015 earned the brokerage the title of #1 RE/MAX office in Montgomery County, MD. Alongside the brokerage’s success, the Sabelhaus Team has grown into a respected group of full-time professionals known for delivering exceptional service. Joe and Lisa lead with a clear mission: make every client feel like they are the only client. Joe and Lisa live in Clarksburg, MD, where they are proud parents of five and proud grandparents.
