In each of these transactions Joe has stuck with it to the end of the transaction even when the transaction took longer and was more difficult than was originally anticipated. For example in this last sales transaction, the house was leased to a group of college students through August 31st, 2023 (today in fact). This made the transaction a bit tricky because the purchaser of the home, had to wait until the lease expired before they could take possession of the home. Through it all Joe provided good guidance, excellent Title and Escrow partners, and a certain staying power that was necessary in both of these transactions. I would highly recommend Joe in any and all real estate transactions. Joe is a Pro!
