Joe is an outstanding realtor. We had been looking into getting a house on relatively short notice, our time line was weighing on us and we were getting extremely disheartened.We went through multiple realtors before we found joe. Most didn’t respond in a timely manner. Some didn’t respond at all. We had a a few realtors who didn’t understand our situation, and even some that told us we wouldn’t be able to buy a home. Joe put all those realtors to shame. Joe and his team, took the time to understand our situation and supported our journey in finding a home perfect for us. Due to their dedication they found us the perfect place fast! After finding our home we had a rough time negotiating with the sellers and we had to extend our closing date multiple times. Joe made the chaos manageable. When the going got tough Joe was there to make our dream of owning our first home possible. I believe a weaker realtor wouldn’t have Been able to close the way Joe did. Even after we bought the house Joe has been helpful with any questions we’ve had, and any problems that came up. Thank you Joe I would give you 6 stars if I could!
