Joe Pedota was my realtor in the sale of my condo. I found Joe to be very knowledgeable. Joe went out of his way to take care of my needs as I lived out of state. He guided me through the process that turned out to be quite lengthy. I had several offers but held out to get the offer that I was happy with. In all I would highly recommend Joe and surely use him again should I need a realtor.
