Joe Pedota was my realtor in the sale of my condo. I found Joe to be very knowledgeable. Joe went out of his way to take care of my needs as I lived out of state. He guided me through the process that turned out to be quite lengthy. I had several offers but held out to get the offer that I was happy with. Joe was referred to us by another realtor back in 2013. It was the first time we've worked with someone other than her in the past 12 years, and we were very impressed. He has local market knowledge and experience that was extremely helpful. He walked us through the process and basically told us what was going to happen and how quickly when we sold our home. I was a bit skeptical when he said we would have a bunch of offers on our home in a week, but we did and we had an accepted offer within 2 weeks of being on the market. My husband and I were first time buyers and very new to the whole buying a home process. It can be overwhelming especially because we did not know where to start. Joe was great. He made us feel at ease, and really knew all of the ins and out of buying a home. He was great spending lots of time with us and he was always there moving each stage of the deal along nicely.
