Joe is a wonderful, well-informed, and understanding agent!
Joe answered all my questions, requests, and picked up the phone when I called. While touring properties, he gave me advice on features to look for when buying. As an agent, Joe was understanding of my needs, wants, and future goals. He listened, understood me as a buyer, and only gave professional advice/recommendations when I asked. I appreciated Joe's expertise and knowledge in real estate. There were many times he showed specific aspects of a property that could affect it's future value, which was something I never would've considered. The next time I'm looking to buy a property, I would love to work with Joe again!
