We had never considered a new home but Joe thought it would be a good fit for us due to the lower HOA fees vs a condo as well as the warranties and lack of maintenance and updating required and the amenities available in a new build community. We found a home that was WAY nicer than anything that we had considered buying and he managed to also negotiate a lower price than asking and paid closing costs which made the home affordable for us. We could NOT be happier with our new home purchase and it truly is due to Joe’s real estate knowledge and expertise as well as his care and concern for the needs of his clients that we are enjoying a new chapter on our family’s life!
