Joe assisted my sister and me with the sale of our parents residence in Sarasota, Florida after the death of our dad and our mom wanting to move back to Massachusetts. Our parents house needed some remediation prior to getting the house on the market. Joe was great in explaining what needed to be repaired or renovated and he connected us with several subcontractors in the Sarasota/Bradenton area to have the work completed in a timely manner and a fair price for the work. We were not only satisfied with the work but the experience working with Joe in the process. He oversaw that the work was completed and sent us pictures, so we did not have to travel from Massachusetts to inspect the work.
