Joe assisted my sister and me with the sale of our parents residence in Sarasota, Florida after the death of our dad and our mom wanting to move back to Massachusetts. He oversaw that the work was completed and sent us pictures, so we did not have to travel from Massachusetts to inspect the work. For the sale of the house, Joe was the consummate professional and his knowledge of the local market led to a very active and successful showing of the property.
