About Joe

Joe Mivshek is a well known member of the Fort Collins community. Throughout his career, Joe has been a successful entrepreneur, having owned several local businesses, including a coffee shop, youth program called Kids Nite Out which he started in 1990, and Founder of The School Newsletter company that donated nearly one million dollars to schools in Poudre and Thompson School Districts through advertising revenue. In addition to these ventures Joe has created three businesses, franchised two of his ideas, and bought two franchises, further demonstrating his expertise in franchising, business sales, marketing, fundraising, and sales management. Joe has been given the name by many of "Mayor Joe". He has earned this title through his 45 years of coaching not only his own kids teams, but many youth in Northern Colorado. Joe has built a friendship with his players and their families that will last a lifetime. Joe and his wife Kristin live in south Fort Collins. They are parents to Cody, Amanda, Alexis and Kylie. They are also blessed with their granddaughter Blakely, who loves to spend time with papa. Joe's commitment to helping others extends beyond the sports field; for the past 15 years, Joe has been a trusted advisor in residential and commercial real estate, assisting investors, buyers, and sellers alike. With his extensive background in both business and community service, Joe is eager to help you with your real estate needs today.
