We lived in New Jersey when we started our Florida home search. So when we flew down Joe made us a priority but we never felt like we were imposing. He is extremely knowledgeable. After every home we looked at he gave us comments on each home. The positives and the negatives. At the end of the day we knew things that we would’ve not known if it wasn’t for Joe. Our two daughters are interested in Florida as well. Joe is the only realtor we will use for our family and friends. If we could give more stars...we would.
