Joe was awesome! Not only did he take us to see all the homes that we wanted to see, but in each one he pointed out details I wouldn’t even have thought about or looked for - like age of the AC, if we would hear traffic noise, how soon the roof would probably need to be replaced, etc. etc. etc. He was always looking out for our best interests both in dealing with the seller and with the lender. And plus, he’s just a nice and personable guy – I would highly recommend him! :)

First off I have to say we did not hire Joe, we were selling our house on our own and Joe brought us a buyer , even though he did not work for us he was extremely helpful in explaining how things worked and how the process works and we were very impressed with how well he handled everything for his clients he worked hard to keep everything moving along and make sure it was an easy process for everyone , my husband Paul and I were very impressed with his experience and how fast he got things done if ever we need a realtor again Joe will be the guy.

Joe! What could we possibly say about him that would be enough in words to express how we feel about our experience! We found him by chance and met initially at a house, which was not bad, but didn't fit our needs very well. So he took all of our requests, our needs and found same great homes, which wound turn out to be lemons after a while, i.e. he told us costs on certain repairs after 5-10 or so years living there. He did everything from crawling on hands and needs to look into attics, walls, and checking out roofs for references. Verifying model numbers, years on appliances and major items like AC and furnace and in the end, when we were so discouraged on finding something, he turned around and finds new home builders. So we built! He was there at every meeting, at walk throughs, when we were having issues with anything mortgage/lender related he was on top of it, even if that was at 11:00pm at night. He was there at the closing, ensuring we would not sign something which was not correct, which of course it was and push to always have our best interests at heart! Mostly, he was professional, timely and treating you as family during the biggest, most difficult purchase in someone's life. He is the go to guy, the one we would ONLY go with, EVER again. Joe simply rocks!
