Joe was very patient and understanding of our needs, he never tried to push something our way that he knew we would not want. We bought a short sale and it was very time consuming but he hung in there.

Joe is an amazing Realtor, before we were even pre-approved, Joe was already showing us houses. He made purchasing our first home very easy, and as stress free as he could. We were towards to the end of wedding planning as well, but as soon as the wedding was over, Joe jumped right in and scheduled to look at houses ASAP. When going to the houses, he checks everything, from the ceiling, the roof, A/C and water heater to make sure it is all up to date or if we would need to replace soon.

He is very quick with responses, I would send emails about homes or questions in general and I would hear back within 30 minutes, if not within the hour! He knows the areas pretty well, and what is close by as for shopping/restaurants. He is very down to earth and easy to talk to. In the purchasing process, he was there every step of the way!
