Joe has been so incredible for us throughout this whole process. We moved from out of state and feel truly lucky to have found and chosen him. I don't know how he does it, but he made us feel like we were his only client, always there whenever we needed him and always having super-helpful information about whatever it was we needed to know. And he didn't just drop us once we closed. We had a few issues with the title company afterwards and he was so prompt about helping us get everything resolved and moving forward. Joe is really relaxed and friendly and easy to get along with. At the same time, he is a *complete* professional. He seems to know every little arcane bit of information and makes sure no details are missed in the process of buying the house. Don't hesitate to hire him!
