Better than expected!

Selling or buying a house isn't fun in my mind, so I was nervous about the whole process. Joe helped put my wife and I at ease with his knowledge of the market and down to earth personality. Every time we had a question he was quick to respond, never putting us off. He also took the time and showed us houses hours away instead of just putting us with an agent in that location. The end result of our experience was our house sold for asking price in two days. There weren't any hiccups, it was a nice smooth transaction.
