Joe was extremely helpful with the purchase our first home. We looked at several different homes in and around the city and Joe was knowledgeable about the market in each area we visited. Joe also helped with explaining the construction and condition of the homes we looked at while pointing out areas of concern and issues that we were un-aware of. When the seller's agent was un-timely with documents/information and at times un-responsive, Joe was persistent in following up with the agent and getting the necessary action taken. Joe made our first home buying experience very easy and fairly stress free (as stress free as buying your first home can be). I would recommend Joe to anyone interested in buying and/or selling any home.
