He was easy to talk to, attentive to even the smallest details, and worked tirelessly to find us a home that was not only within our budget, but in a timely manner too. He never sugarcoated anything: if something worried him, he would let you know immediately. When we found a home to put an offer on, he inspected everything in the house with us, every time. Let me stress this next part, EVERY time we visited this house, during inspections and during closing, he was on his hands and knees looking through the crawl space under the house.
