Honestly, I dont even know where to start. Joe was on the ball and beyond amazing from the beginning. We were listed and under contract in less than 3 days. When my first cash buyer fell through (at no fault of Joe's) we had another contract signed that evening. Joe made the process so easy and stress free and I was traveling out of state moving a lot during this time frame that we were under contract.
