Honestly, I dont even know where to start. Joe was on the ball and beyond amazing from the beginning. We were listed and under contract in less than 3 days. When my first cash buyer fell through (at no fault of Joe's) we had another contract signed that evening. Joe made the process so easy and stress free and I was traveling out of state moving a lot during this time frame that we were under contract. Joe put every worry I had to rest, handled anything that came up and even helped me find a cleaning company to handle the move out clean AFTER I had moved out of state. Joe knew all about the industry and area and knew exactly how to price my home to sell quickly while not low-balling myself. I will always recommend Joe for buying or selling a home to anyone who asks. I work in the industry and see a lot of agents walk in and out of my office, Joe is by far one of the best to work with.
