We contacted Joe to list our house for sale. Joe had a professional come out to take photos that were excellent. He is the best at research on comps and determining the appropriate sales price. He received several calls for appts. as soon as our property was listed and he sold it in a day! Also, we were having problems with our realtor on our house we were purchasing out of state and Joe immediately got involved and told us not to worry, he would help get the issue resolved. He never hesitated to help us even though he was not getting any commission on our new house. We would not of got the house without Joe's help!! He is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of buying and selling a home! Eleven years ago, we called Joe to find us a house to buy. We gave him our budget and things we really wanted in the house. Joe spent hours researching homes for sale in our price range and made sure it was in a good neighborhood. He made sure all of the homes we were going to look at would be great for us before we went out with him! Joe is the best and we highly recommend him to anyone no matter what your realtor needs are!
