Where do I begin...Jody was full of high energy and hard work, two of my favorite characteristics. She took the time to walk through several houses with us and didn't give up until we found the perfect home for our family. She also was wonderful with communication. Any time she was updated on information she immediately sent us that via text or call. She also made writing the offer extremely easy. She was present for our closing today and provided a lot of helpful information to use for the future. Through the entire process she was always easy to get ahold of which was great. She is simply the best!!

We picked Jody because of her excellent reviews and we were not disappointed. From the signing of the agreement to the closing date, she and her team (especially Denay) were easily accessible and able to answer all our questions. I asked about staging our condo and she knew exactly who to call. We needed a painter for bathroom paint job and she knew a painter with reasonable rates who was able to do the job within a short time frame. Our condo was listed on a Wednesday and we had 2 offers on Friday. Jody was excellent. My situation with the property was a precarious one, & Jody took command of the situation & got the house sold. I couldn't believe how fast she did it. She was efficient, effective; I can't find enough words to describe what a good job she did. Her chief assistant, Denay, was also excellent. They were a fabulous team, & I cannot give enough praise, & express how happy & satisfied I am with the service I was provided. Jody (and her team) were AMAZING!!! This was our first time buying a home and we could not have asked for a better experience! We knew pretty much nothing coming in and didn’t even think we could get a house but they were willing to work with us and set us up with a Lender that could help us also, something else we knew nothing about! Literally from the first contact to closing day Jody was there any time I needed anything, wanted to see a house she made it happen, wanted to make an offer she made it happen, wanted to sign a contract she made it happen! She worked with us throughout the entire weekend to make sure we got the house we wanted as there were multiple offers. We were submitting offers at 10 o'clock at night but that’s what had to be done so that is what Jody did! With this being our first house we don’t have anything to compare the experience to but Jody set the bar high for the next time!!
