Where do I begin...Jody was full of high energy and hard work, two of my favorite characteristics. She took the time to walk through several houses with us and didn't give up until we found the perfect home for our family. She also was wonderful with communication. Any time she was updated on information she immediately sent us that via text or call. She also made writing the offer extremely easy. She was present for our closing today and provided a lot of helpful information to use for the future. Through the entire process she was always easy to get ahold of which was great. She is simply the best!!
We picked Jody because of her excellent reviews and we were not disappointed. From the signing of the agreement to the closing date, she and her team (especially Denay) were easily accessible and able to answer all our questions. I asked about staging our condo and she knew exactly who to call. We needed a painter for bathroom paint job and she knew a painter with reasonable rates who was able to do the job within a short time frame. Our condo was listed on a Wednesday and we had 2 offers on Friday. She helped us through the whole process (inspections etc.) and Denay followed up with all the details leading up the actual closing date. Jody was excellent. My situation with the property was a precarious one, & Jody took command of the situation & got the house sold. I couldn't believe how fast she did it. She was efficient, effective; I can't find enough words to describe what a good job she did. Her chief assistant, Denay, was also excellent.
