I found that I picked a good professional agent was when I first called Jody's office. I gave one of her team members the information on my mother's house. About 4-5 hours later, one of Jody's team member knocked on my door. She brought a booklet with a picture of my mother's house.It contained vital information on the house, pricing of similar houses in the area and what the current market pricing was. Very impressive. Jody gave me a road map on how the process would work. Introduced me to "Staging". That was a great tool in helping to sell the house. She set a market date of August 21st and she was right on. I really was impressed how she used a system of house showings; receiving text messages of potential buyer visits. Great comments from the clients who looked at the house. We received great info from those showings on how people perceived the house. Everything seemed to come together for a positive result. The sale.
