I was very impressed on the day I first contacted Jody Zink's office. I gave all the information on my Mom's house to one of her associates. 4-5 hours later, a young lady came to my door and she presented to me a package on my Mom's house; when we showed it 10 years ago and also what similar properties were going for in the area. Her office associates were always available to ask questions from the beginning of the process right to the end when the house was sold and also at the closing. It was very impressive. Jody gave us a target date of when to show the house. My family and friends were helping to get the house ready to show. Believe it or not, the house hit the market right on August 21st like she said. And that was when the sign was put in the yard. The process of how Jody's team worked out well. I found that I picked a good professional agent was when I first called Jody's office. I gave one of her team members the information on my mother's house. About 4-5 hours later, one of Jody's team member knocked on my door. She brought a booklet with a picture of my mother's house.It contained vital information on the house, pricing of similar houses in the area and what the current market pricing was. Very impressive. Jody gave me a road map on how the process would work. Introduced me to "Staging". That was a great tool in helping to sell the house. She set a market date of August 21st and she was right on. I really was impressed how she used a system of house showings; receiving text messages of potential buyer visits. Great comments from the clients who looked at the house. We received great info from those showings on how people perceived the house. Everything seemed to come together for a positive result. The sale.

Jody helped my husband and I relocate across the country to Toledo. The real estate market was a little crazy and it took us several offers to get a house but Jody was working hard for us the whole time. When we had to go back home without securing a house Jody did video tours of prospective properties.
