Working with Jody and her team was a great experience! With the market moving so quickly and living 2+ hours away from the Toledo area we ended up needing to do video tours for majority of our showings. They were always happy to arrange a video tour on short notice. Jody and her team answered our MANY questions throughout the entire process. They were knowledgeable, approachable and very easy to work with. They made us feel comfortable buying a home in the middle of a pandemic via video tour, which really says a lot about the amazing service they provide. Jody and her team were amazing. She was very understanding when I seemed to be changing my needs as I was buying a house not just for me, but also for my parents to move in with me. My dad kept changing what his vision for a forever home was and Jody was so understanding. When negotiating with the seller she was great and gave good advice on how much to offer and was willing to work with difficult sellers when inspection didn't come back as they were expecting. She also sold my home and was very knowledgeable as to what my home was worth and walking me through the process. She had an amazing stager come into my home and help me get everything ready to put on the market. Her office staff were always accommodating and got any messages needed to Jody in a timely manner. They were supper friendly and helped to set up showings I was interested in seeing.

I had a great experience with Team Jody Zink. From the initial listing interview to close Jody and Denay provided very professional service and excellent communications. Prior to the official listing, I was provided with an excellent photographer and an Interior Designer both of which helped to showcase my house in the best possible light. The listing period was very short as my house was sold in five days. Once I received an offer on the house they walked me through the inspection and appraisal process and kept me appraised of all new developments. Thanks Jody and thanks Denay for a Job well done!!
