My husband and I worked with Jody to both purchase a new home and sell our old home. She proactively helped us conduct a market valuation so that we could enter the home-buying process with an understanding of what we could earn from selling our existing home. Jody really let us drive the search, knowing we were after something specific and that we'd reach out if we wanted to tour. She was always responsive and kept us up to date with listings on her radar, as well. It was exactly the right level of communication for our unique needs! Once we were ready to sell, Jody was very transparent about how she would market our home and we worked on a timeline together. She also gave us advice for staging our house using our existing furniture and art. Overall, we really enjoyed working with Jody and she helped us navigate two very successful home transactions!
