As a real estate investor, I’ve worked with plenty of folks in the real estate field and it’s easy to say Jody is the most experienced, skilled, and knowledgeable realtor i’ve worked with. Jody worked diligently through an exhaustive and complex closing process to get a next-to-impossible deal closed successfully. She used her network to find multiple loan officers with different specializations, worked with the buyer, brokers, other parties and myself to mitigate miscommunications, and was available at anytime for anything that may have went sideways in the closing process. Whenever I needed Jody, she was readily available and informed me of any complexities involved in a very rigorous closing and OFFERED SOLUTIONS!!! She never took no for an answer and i’m convinced I would’ve never sold my property without her. With Jody’s tenacity, hard work, dedication, perseverance, and network, I can’t imagine using anyone else for my real estate deals.
