I used Jody to buy the house 8.5 years prior and due to a job change, needed to sell, so who did I contact? Jody of course. During the process of listing the house I ended up in a tumultuous situation at home and Jody was extremely empathetic towards the situation. She is so kind, caring, and understanding as a human. As an agent she knows exactly how to sell and buy a house. The original sale closed in a little over 2 weeks and was way less than asking. The sale of the same house happened in 4 days from listing to under contract. Her guidance on what and how to prep the house definitely aided in that expeditious process. Jody effectively communicates throughout the process and is available and responsive, though not overbearing, making the process efficient and productive.
