My husband and I recently purchased our very first home with the help of Jody Johnson. It was such a special time in our lives where our family was growing (we had a one-year old with another one on the way) and finding that perfect home meant so much to my husband and me. We couldn’t have been any more lucky to have been referred to Jody. And, when we were interested in a house, she dove in to research everything she could (market data, current ownership, condition, etc.) to give us all the information we need to make an informative decision. Once we found that perfect home we’ve been looking for, she was relentless, to say the least, to get our best offer in. And, in short, she went to bat for us… and got us the home run! The entire process from getting our offer accepted, opening escrow and getting the deal closed felt seamless. I would highly recommend Johnson & Associates. Jody and her company truly embodies integrity and professionalism at the highest level. And, equally as important, Jody simply was the kindest person to work with.
