I contacted numerous real estate agents when moving to Sedona before I tried Jody, and they never called me back! Then I contacted Jody and she immediately had me on a conference call with her partner Cheyenne for an hour discussing what I was looking for not only in a home to buy, but in a home to rent until I was ready to buy. They got me in touch with local property managers and previewed the rentals on FaceTime with me as I was not able to be there in person and steered me from some that weren’t as great in person as they were in photos. When I was ready to start looking to buy, they showed me a ton of houses, several that weren’t listed yet. They have loads of contacts to find those hidden not-quite-yet-listed listings. The negotiation were easy and I appreciated how much they worked for me as go between with the other agent and the sellers. All communication was immediate and they are terrific problem-solvers. They are lovely, knowledgeable people who were great to work with!

Jody was the sweetest, most helpful real estate agent I’ve worked with. She went above and beyond helping us find a home and getting us connected with people in the area since we live in New Hampshire and had no knowledge of any services in the area. She directed us in the right direction and was very knowledgeable. I would recommend her highly if you need a real estate agent!

We , also, were buying a home from across the country. Jody and TJ did everything to be our eyes , make sure all was right. They are very accommodating with their time and tireless in their energy. Jody is very reassuring and treats you like family. She even showed us homes on Mother's day. She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of real-estate and works very closely with you to help you along in the process. I was relocating from over 2,000 miles away and Jody was amazing! She answered my frantic calls (8AM is her 5AM), ran over to see homes I saw on line and video taped them for me, and at the last minute changed her entire schedule to accommodate myself and my spouse when we decided to come at the last minute, for a weekend, to look at homes. I believe she lined up at least 20-25 homes for us to tour that weekend and we found the perfect house! I cannot thank her enough. We closed on the house last week and I will soon be moving to Sedona, my life-long dream.
