I contacted numerous real estate agents when moving to Sedona before I tried Jody, and they never called me back! Then I contacted Jody and she immediately had me on a conference call with her partner Cheyenne for an hour discussing what I was looking for not only in a home to buy, but in a home to rent until I was ready to buy. They got me in touch with local property managers and previewed the rentals on FaceTime with me as I was not able to be there in person and steered me from some that weren’t as great in person as they were in photos. When I was ready to start looking to buy, they showed me a ton of houses, several that weren’t listed yet. They have loads of contacts to find those hidden not-quite-yet-listed listings. The negotiation were easy and I appreciated how much they worked for me as go between with the other agent and the sellers. All communication was immediate and they are terrific problem-solvers. They are lovely, knowledgeable people who were great to work with!

I received many great options that met all my needs. TJ was always available for calls, helped with all documentation, even while he was on vacation, which was unexpected and not something I had asked for, but shows his dedication and I really appreciated that. Overall I felt very confident in my buying decision thanks in no small part to the Coleman team. Highly recommend working with them if you’re planning to moving to the verde valley.
