Jody is a no-nonsense experienced realtor who guided us through the sale of our deceased father's home from August thru December of 2020. She helped us ride out the inevitable repairs often required in such situations, including a complete and complex roof replacement which was finished the day before closing! This was necessary because a month before closing, a COVID case in our family made our presence inadvisable.
