Jody sold our home in less than 3 weeks. We had our initial meeting with Jody on Aug. 14 and closed on the house on Sept. 3, a day earlier than scheduled. Jody is an absolute true professional and an expert at her craft of real estate. Jody knew every inspector and the appraiser. She's very well liked in the industry. She attended every showing, walk thru, inspection, and appraisal (with a folder full of comps). We sold our home 5k below the listed price. We couldn't have chosen a better realtor.

Selling your home can be a stressful and emotional process. So many things to consider. Market value, best way to showcase the property, advertising the property, scheduling inspectors, dealing with the buyers’ questions and gracefully handling the strangers as they walk through the place you have called home for so many years. Leaving it to the professional is the best available option. Jody is the professional. Jody took the lead in handling the hassles in the process, was diligent with follow through on all aspects of the transaction, helped us obtain a solid sell price and made the process enjoyable along the way.
