Jodie was very helpful and communicated with every showing or open house.

National Association of Realtors settlement changed the way Realtor are paid and everyone was wondering how the changes would play out. As the seller, we didn’t want to pay the buyers’ agent which was traditional. We also moved out of state before putting our home on the market. Jodie helped us through all the changes and watched our home while we were away. She did not badger us about the price we wanted, nor pressure us in any way. When the home finally sold, we had our Granddaughter drop off the keys and remotes to Jodie and we didn’t need to return from out of state. Jodie took care of it all.

Jodie was awesome from start to finish. Jodie helped us find a home back in 2016 and we were in awe of her ability to accommodate to our wants and needs. We knew when selling this home, we wanted to work with Jodie again, nine years later. Her attention to detail and professionalism went above and beyond our criteria. Jodie made us feel like a top priority being extremely receptive throughout the selling process. She also helped us find a realtor for our move to Nevada! We are once again very pleased with our experience with Jodie and would continue to recommend her to anyone!
