Cannot say enough good things about her real estate expertise and positive attitude towards the sale. We were in a situation where homes like ours had not come to market yet in the neighborhood. We felt like Jodi understood the appeal of our home and aligned with us on the way our home was unique. We never felt like just another home to sell. We wanted to showcase our home, even down to the list of upgrades for a potential buyer, Jodi took all our desires and incorporated them into the listing and the home sold to a buyer that was drawn in by the comprehensive listing and upgrades. Jodi did it all, navigated the back and forth and sealed the deal with the right buyer and the right price. We wouldn’t even consider using another agent for any future deals, Jodi is our person, and we highly recommend her.

While 5 stars are great I think the highest ‘rating’ you can give is a referral. I would refer Jodi to anyone that is looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, responsive - and nice! - realtor. Being new to Colorado and knowing how crazy the market has been, we were prepared for a long and complicated house search. Jodi guided us through the entire process and helped us put in our first bid on a home, explaining all of the details of the contract and next steps and following up on every question almost immediately. Her knowledge and expertise got us our amazing new home and I couldn’t be more thankful. I will refer her to everyone and highly recommend having her help you find your new home!
