The house was under contract within 2 weeks of listing and several times she went out of her way to help us get things done since we were out of town. She is very knowledgeable of the neighborhood and and she gave us great feedback on what buyers want during the house renovation and also discussed marketing strategies to help sell the house quickly. Jodi Frazier strikes the perfect balance between professionalism and personability in her real estate transactions. I stumbled into an open house that Jodi was hosting months before we were ready to purchase. She stayed in communication with me without being pushy, and made her self available to answer questions though I had made it clear we were not in the market. Her willingness to develop a personal relationship made her the immediate choice when we were ready to begin our house hunt. She responds promptly and thoroughly to all questions - as as first time home buyers, we had A LOT of questions! What stood out to my husband and I the most was her ability to actually talk us out of transactions which may have been detrimental to us, whether they were over priced, or just "fishy", and encouraging us to wait for the right one. The house that we fell in love with and purchased almost was not ours! It was a brand new listing, so the seller countered our first offer a bit too aggressively and we withdrew our offer. Five days later, Jodi reached out to the seller's agent again and, at her recommendation, we resubmitted an offer that they quickly accepted. From that point on, Jodi and her amazing team made the entire transaction extremely smooth. We used all of her referrals - loan officer, home inspector, escrow, etc - ALL of them were fantastic people I would do business with again. Now we not only have a realtor we would recommend and use in future transactions, but we also have a new friend in the community that I frequently reach out to for other recommendations!
